We take the safety and security of our tenants very seriously.

Renaissance Court meets the Houses in Multiple Occupancy (HMO) fire safety regulations being fitted with:

• Hardwired Smoke Alarms
• Audible Carbon Monoxide Detectors
• Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket
• 30 minute self closing fire on kitchen and utility roomt
• Internal thumb turn locks fitted to all doors on fire escape routes
• External doors fitted with Mul-T-Lock 'Break-Secure' multi-point locking systems
• Locks on all bedroom doors

All gas appliances are serviced annually by a CORGI registered engineer and a copy of the gas safety certificate is made available to all of our tenants.
